Egg Donation and You- Our Egg Donor Program at Conceptual Options allows Intended Parents to choose a donor with the physical and mental characteristics that match their own. The eggs from this donor are then fertilized with the sperm provided by the partner or a donor and transferred into either a surrogate or the Intended Mother.
Of course, our egg donor database is certainly the most comprehensive in the industry because we verify our egg donors' credentials, our egg donors' availability each month, and we remove those egg donors that are no longer part of our program. Our program provides a comprehensive list of more than 200 egg donors that possess most physical or mental characteristics desired by a recipient family. We screen and select only those egg donors that fit our program's strict requirements. These egg donors possess characteristics of high intelligence that is reflected by outstanding scholastic achievement, and/or high test scores on standardized and/or graduate school entrance exams (E.g., SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, GMAT). Our egg donors must be educated, intelligent and between the ages of 20 and 29. They must also be in excellent health, free of 
any sexually transmitted disease, and pass FDA screening. We only want to present our clients with egg donors who are genuinely interested in helping others in their quest to have a child.
Based upon interviews with potential recipients, our egg donor lists can be tailored to provide individuals with characteristics specific to the wishes of our future parents.

One of our most important services is that we provide your physician with medical records (pursuant to HIPPA Guidelines) for each Egg Donor for each donation cycle they have experienced. Although this is not required by ASRM, the AMA, or most individual doctors, this is added assurance for you that your Egg Donor has been screened first by our office for risk factors, such as determined by the FDA, that may affect your outcome and then by your physician. "Egg donation involves a screening process. Not all potential egg donors are selected. Not all selected egg donors receive the monetary amounts or compensation advertised. As with any medical procedure, there may be risks associated with human egg donation. Before an egg donor agrees to begin the egg donation process, and signs a legally binding contract, she is required to receive specific information on the known risks of egg donation.
